Implementation of Service Sarawak: Moving Forward
MIri, 27.02.20: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Haji Zohari this afternoon launched the Service Sarawak Miri which is the most of government frontline services offered are still delivered through department- centric manner whereby services rendered though their counters are restricted to their agencies services only. Hence, the State introduced the One Government at Your Service concept in service delivery.
Apart from spreading the centers coverage, Service Sarawak wil intensify its effort in bringing more services from all State agencies to the centers to maximize its benefit to the people.
The center will also serve as an avenue for the government to promote digital experience to the people who might not be familiar in using the digital services.
