Solving the Flood Woes

Today the Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg made a flying visit to Bintulu where he had a meeting with Bintulu Development Authority (BDA) officials and that of other relevant agencies in a bid to solve the frequent flood affecting some parts of the town.

Later, the Chief Minister who is the Chairman of BDA accompanied by officials made a tour of the sites in Kampung Assyakirin and Kampung Kemunting.

Also present were the Minister of Integrity and Ombudsman, Datuk Haji Talip Zulpilip and Deputy State Secretary, Dato Sri Haji Mohamad Abu Bakar bin Marzuki.
